We offer regular air mail post and registered airmail post shipping methods for free. Cellphone orders will be delivered thru standard shipping.

Processing Time:
Orders will normally be processed within 24-48 hours (unless a weekend or public holiday).


Delivery Time: Anywhere from 10- 21 days, depending on where in the world the order is being sent. Standard shipping delivery time is between 6-8 days in all major destination worldwide.

*Tracking Note: WE WILL PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBER IF AVAILABLE FROM THE CARRIER. Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves from the supplier and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For Express packages (sent via EMS/UPS), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.

RETURNED ITEMS/ EXCHANGES:

n such cases, you may ask for a replacement, and on return of the product, you will be shipped a replacement. The return shipping costs (both ways) will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We will still try to exchange your defective products for a brand new one where possible.

Replacements of defective products are treated the same way as that of new orders - they typically arrive in 7 to 21 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item. It is important to attached a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the product and we will give you a response within 72 working hours.

We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the items are found to be in good condition.

RETURNS NOT OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS.

2) Refuse to pay customs taxes/duties.


SALES RECEIPTS:
A copy of the sales receipt must accompany all returns. Your return authorization number must accompany all returns.


LOST OR STOLEN RETURNED PACKAGES:

If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, take a photo image of your package (s) and immediately contact the carrier. Keep all shipping materials and contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery.
